Class 2 Waterproof Chainsaw Safety Boots for Forestry Professionals

The Arbortec Scafell Lite Chainsaw Safety Boots are engineered for professional forestry workers who require maximum protection, comfort and durability in extreme outdoor environments. Certified to EN ISO 17249 Class 2 (24m/s), these high-performance chainsaw boots are built to deliver reliable safety without compromising mobility or all-day comfort.

Designed with a premium leather upper and advanced waterproof BreatheDry® membrane, these forestry safety boots keep feet dry while maintaining breathability during long working hours. The combination of robust construction and ergonomic design makes them ideal for demanding woodland and arborist applications.

A steel toecap and flexible pierce-resistant midsole provide essential impact and underfoot protection, helping safeguard against falling objects and sharp hazards. Despite their protective build, the boots remain comfortable and flexible, allowing natural movement across uneven terrain.

The Vibram® outsole delivers outstanding grip and stability on wet, muddy and uneven ground, making these chainsaw safety boots highly reliable in challenging outdoor conditions. The 3 ZONE® roller ball lacing system ensures a secure, customised fit with fast adjustment and excellent foot support throughout the day.

  6. Ensure your footwear is completely dry before wearing them to prevent the formation of mildew and unpleasant smells.

Footwear Waterproofing:

The efficacy of the waterproofing may be compromised if the boots are not thoroughly dried prior to each use. Continuously wearing damp boots can gradually exert pressure on the leather and Breathedry system, potentially leading to water permeation over time.

To maintain the waterproofing on the footwear we suggest the following.

  1. Clean the boots.
  2. Leave to fully dry.
  3. Re waterproof using Chelsea Dubbin Cream / Nikwax.
