& Returns Policy

At HiVisTrousers.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All original labels and tags remain attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is included.

How to return an item:

  1. Email our team at sales@hivistrousers.co.uk with your order number and reason for return or simply package your return with a copy of the paperwork that was delivered with it. 

  2. Customers are responsible for return shipment unless there is a fault or issue with the order in which case we will provide pre-paid return shipping labels. 

  3. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, PPE, undergarments, or customized items (e.g., embroidered clothing) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
